One of the most frequently asked questions by customers looking to buy a beef from us, is whether grass-fed or grain-fed beef is best. In this video I try to unpack the difference. Grain-fed usually is more mild & tender, while grass-fed tends to be more healthy, more robust beef flavor, yet not quite as tender generally.

Been buying grass fed ground beef for a few months now. Different brands from different stored. Also organic ones too. I came to realize i do not like the taste of grass fed. It has more of a heavier beef taste for lack of a better explanation. Switching back to grain fed. Just came to see what others thoughts were. Saw many people who do not like grass fed as well for the taste difference

Looking all over for grain fed, not just grain finished.
I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid Bovine Leukemia Virus--is grass fed or grain fed more tested for BLV?

I am not sure, but would guess the bigger farmers are the only ones who test for this. I am sorry, but we do not test our cattle. I had not been aware it was a thing. Thanks for making me aware of this issue.
Can you do a video on what you get for half a hog?

Farmers in the US almost never let grass fed properly finish. Until they grasp that US grass fed will always get a bad rap.
