I hope chelsea fans watch this during hard times.. Graham is a visionary type of coach.. he back his players and want them to improve, work together and importantly work with love.. love to play love their teammates.. during hard times he take the responsibility , it needs time but once he got it.. results will come

I said 2 years ago he need to be manager of the Swedish National team one day. Not the English NT, they don't have the character for it. He would be superb!!!

Very inspiring. Would love to ask him how much inspiration and ideas he has taken from Arsene Wenger, as he recently admitted how much he was inspired by Wenger and after watching this video it seems it was genuinely true.
