Graham Chapman - Excerpt from "A Liar's Autobiography"
Комедия
In this excerpt from chapter six of his "Liar's Autobiography", Graham Chapman gives an inimitably Graham-ish account of how Monty Python (both the group and the name) came into existence, comments on their relationship to Ian MacNaughton, and describes the difficulties of being a peripatetic writer.

It is Graham...the word pacing and inflections match his manner of speaking. His voice changed a bit as he aged. If you listen to his high-pitched noises and watch other sketches where he makes the same noise they match.
A pleasure to listen to! Graham read beautifully and the story is a gem: his impersonations of fellow Pythons are priceless. Thank heavens they didn't entirely forsake 'Owl Stretching Time' - it did end up as a sketch. Still a brilliant title. God bless Graham. You were brilliant and very very silly!
4:41, AAAAAAWWW, he looks so cute with a depressed look on his face. :3
what a beautiful voice....
holy crap, he does a good Terry Jones (Terry Jones doing a high pitched voice of course)..."goos thing-ness", "intercoursingly"...i'm definitely nicking that phrase...thanks Graham.. btw, that shot of Graham as the vicar - I've never seen anyone look so ridiculously handsome with a weapon lodged in their skull...haha, "kwa-lee-tee"
I used to have this book. Paid about $120 for it from a rare/used book shop about 15/16 years ago. Wish I could find another original copy..
Thanks for posting this! This is a piece of treasure you've got there. I'm a new fan looking for a lot of their stuff, but some of it is already out of print ):
I can't believe I never noticed they're holding kitties at 3:41!
"terry jones: eeeeeeeeeee!!"
Thanks for this upload.
Soon to be an animated movie. *cough cough* in 3D.
I have the audiobook, actually. I'll upload the whole thing if I can ever get my computer working correctly. Don't hold your breath, though.
Fun! Nice! Cool!
