With a background in the business of sport, Graeme holds over 25 years of experience at the elite level in Rugby League, Water Polo and Curling/Wheelchair Curling, and has led athletes/teams at World Cups, Championships and Olympic/Paralympic Games.
Graeme has 25 years of Board experience across sport and charity sectors and on a global level.
Graeme is now CEO Group Chair in Scotland for Vistage International, the World's largest CEO organisation. Vistage is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of Chief Executives. Graeme chairs private peer advisory boards and coaches and mentors CEO's and MD's of businesses with a typical turnover range of between £3m and £100m.
