You do it so different from how my instructors teach us!!! But your way honestly makes so much more sense and makes for a much more even cut. Keeping the sections small instead of doing the entire back of the head in one go makes for an easier, cleaner haircut. The only critique I have is that I wish you would have dried and styled the final product so we could see it better. Other than that, I loved it!

There isnt a right or wrong way to cut. We all cut different. Its confusing in the beginning cause everyone tells you different things but you will get what works for you
I'm currently in the hair cutting class of cosmetology school and today we tried to learn the 45 cut. its difficult because class is being taught over Zoom, so our teacher can only help and show us so much. This video helped me immensely! The way you show how to do this cut actually helped me to understand how to do it. I'll share this video with my classmates so they can get help too. Thank you!
Just graduated Barber school and they tried to make me cut women’s hair and I was resistant and tried to get out of it. But now I’m wishing I paid more attention to it. This video helps a ton cause I just agreed to cut two ladies’ hair and I’m terrified 😂
The way you taught it was so much simpler and easier than the way my instructors taught me.
Likewise , the graduated cut has always given me grief ! Your explanation is so straightforward , clear & helpful ! Can’t wait to practice. One of the best & most inspiring tutors on the net ! Also for fades ! Thanks a million from Australia 👏🏆
I’ve always had problems with this cut! The way you explained it was perfect! I think going into a 90 when you get to the grown is so important because it looks heavy without it
Frist i would like to THANK YOU. Ive been trying for years to find someone (my hair dresser retired) to do this haircut. Ive been through 5 or 6 over the yrs. No one could get it. I was at an upscale salon and she argue with me and said there is no type of haircut after I spent a lot of money I didn't get what I wanted. Finally i found Gigi, she didnt quite get it either but she was willing to learn so all I have to do is show her this video and I'll get what I wanted thank you thank you thank you..
When I told myself" watch this video" , I knew I would be in for a surprise. This is the best hair cutting video I have ever and I mean ever watched. Thank you so much. I just subscribed.

@@KZreadBarberAcademy I do really think the same way as the college said here! I admire your work and dedication though. All this years and you still here helping if you ever have a chance I would like to work with you or be part of your team. I've been a barber for more than 10 years and to be honest I think your Chanel is the most legit without taking off about others I fallow. But the simple way you have to present and share your knowledge it's just amazing. God bless you and keep it on! 💪✍️🤝
You are a good teacher! 😸 I miss how they used to cut by sections, so much better cuts.
You are such a great teacher ❤. Thank you so much for sharing real knowledge. You just don't know how much I appreciate you right now.
this is personally my fave cut to do i just love it!
I really can’t believe this. Someone who finally gets how to do a haircut. I have really wavy hair and it’s not all the same curl or wave pattern some of it is even straight. But this si the exact cut my stylist I had to leave in another state gave me!!!
Wow! Best instructor and teacher . Excellent guidance to learn in and out of the hair cutting styles. Never seen such a person who clearly explains in detail. Keep Rocking!!☺️☺️
You are a sincere true teacher
This is the first vedio in that I actually can learn how to cut hair with understanding angles on hair. And I couldn't stop myself to subscribe your chennel.. thanks.. from India 🇮🇳
I tryed it on my mom's hair for the first time lol but the result was so cool for a beginner thank u so much
This is perfect for my up Coming practical
Well done! Excellent for barbers especially. On terminology: Great that you introduce your learners to understand graduation! Your horseshoe parting separating front from back is actually called a radial parting. If that’s too much mumbo jumbo for your students simply say you’re taking a section from ear to ear over the apex. Horseshoe separates top from bottom by following the parietal ridge around from recession to recession. Think horshoe flattop. Second, overdirection refers to directing hair from front to back. You’re describing elevation when you transition from the graduated portion to the layering on crown and top. Your next challenge is to practice the graduated portion cutting with horizontal sections and elevation instead of subdividing and cutting them vertically. Keep up the good work!

Yes, I was doing to mention these things but you beat me to it. :) Great for beginners though.
I'm currently in my 7th week of cos school, going through different videos and cutting techniques-- Let me just say. This video made me feel so cheated lmfao. This is such a more efficient method to use than what my instructors showed us a few weeks ago. Thank you!

Once again. Great content. Explained well. Visually shown. When followed with mannequin at home. I can get the same results you do . (If done right. And if not I can see why. What those results will be.) I gain experience. Which boosts confidence in my abilities. Which enables me to provide a better service. Many thanks in humble gratitude. Sincerely Ron C.
I am from india waching your vdo nice hair cut brother
Superb explanation....my dream also to be a hairdresser.
Very Detailed , & Helpful Definitely Subscribing 👏
This was more knowledgeable then what my instructor taught me
I just cut my hair after this video. Thank you so much, it was extremely helpful! The 45 degree angle was not easy if you do your own hair, but at the end it wasn't bad. Btw It would be great to see the results. Maybe next time.

How do you cut your own hair with this haircut??
@persephonee5
2 жыл бұрын
With practice and some bravery... The sectioning also isn't easy, but it's possible with two mirrors. On the back side is really challenging, but I just keep adjusting and try to get the best angle. Yesterday was my 4th-5th time, it was 2,5-3 hours. It is getting better with time.
Very very very good job
This haircut in 6 7 Inch length can look good also for men. I like this technique
It's would be nice to see the end result
Спасибо ! Хорошо объяснили
Wow very nice if we could see the final result
Started learning this cut in barber school last week and been having trouble. This was VERY helpful. What tripod are you using? The one I have moves around way too much and makes cutting hair difficult. I need a better one that’s weighted down.
Muy buen video gracias
I need to start going to a barber for my haircuts! Salon women do not know how to cut this way.
Nice video thank you so much teach us sir 👍🙏💐🕊️🐦🐧
Happy briday🤩🤩🥰
I like that you move from graduation to layers. It will be heavy if we cut the same 45 degree
Lol I just started doing that, purchasing mannequin heads so I can keep on practicing
I think this oje us challenging because figuring out to hold it.
Very nice 👍
Awesome
