It's one of mine as well.. I remember the excitement/buzz back then about it. It's what people were talking about in my LCS

I inherited a large collection of comics from my father which has bounced around in family attics and storage units for years since his death in 1998. I just watched your video on unboxing your childhood comics after receiving them back from CGC. It’s so cool to see you have a Hulk 340 in 9.8 after seeing your 9.4 on that video.

Sorry I missed the pole. That said, it be great to see videos of how to safely crack open books from CGC, CBC,S, and PGX slabs safely in order to have them cleaned and pressed. Most likely one would crack open a PGX to switch it to a CGC but you never know if you want to crack up in one of the others too

I saw many times yours Conan 241 on your wall and I didn’t know it is a Todd McFarlane cover. When cgc announced the McFarland signing, I decided to try to buy a nice copy. Long story short, I ended with a Todd McFarlane signature Conan 241 9.8. I was very happy about it . 🎉 thank you for making me discover those not so popular books.

I appreciate the vote of confidence! I doubt I'd ever do that, unless it was to only work on really valuable books as a speciality. I can't see myself doing dozens of books a day, it might ruin the hobby for me.

Hi. Thank you for the videos. They have motivated me to start pressing and cleaning my books. I also am disappointed with the pressers I have used. Man getting the grading thing down is so tricky. Especially the mid grades. I even feel iffy about saying something is a .5 lol. One day I’d also like to be able to press books for myself and be able to say with confidence what I graded and sent in is on par.

You're right about that.. sometimes I see a 6.0 that looks like an 8.0 and an 8.0 that looks like a 5.0. It's such a pain

Thanks, Thor. Cleaning and pressing can seem daunting.. and it does take a bit of an investment. There's nothing wrong with finding a good third party presser, just be careful. I recommend the guy Minthunter uses (Can't remember his name)

Oh, and if you decide to submit any books to CGC after using the tool, I'd be your friend forever if you sent me the results.. (Grades the tools says and actual grades received)

Web Of Spider-Man 32 is one of the best covers of all time. I’m actually working on a wall of black Spidey (including ASM 300 & 317). Have both 1st apps, SW 8, Web Spidey 1, & Peter Parker 101. Last one missing is literally that one 😂 was actually looking for one in eBay when I saw the giveaway announced. Funny coincidence 😅
