I got this as a gift when my son was 5 months old and he is now 3.5 years old and I LOVE IT! It's so easy to install. I feel that my son is super safe in it due to the quality of the fabric and cushioning. Super nice to be able to have options for how reclined they are and know that they are still safe and comfortable. I will be buying another one for my second baby! Great review!!

Great video Mac. Thanks for making it. Car seats were surprisingly our biggest challenge as a new parents. It's obviously something you don't want to cheap out on :)

Totally agree! Safety is a priority and if there are things to splurge on, it’s definitely car seats, crib mattresses, and baby-proofing products!

We love this car seat! We noticed that other brands just don’t feel as secure!

Yes! Of the six I’ve tested, this one is by far the best! It operates more smoothly and definitely feels more secure!

We just bought this and are very excited about it after buying the Cybex eternisS and not liking it that much. Graco seems to be a good brand to be trusted! Hope we like it as much as you guys do!

Are the straps easy to tighten and feel well secured? We have a graco tri ride in our second car and we hate it so much it’s so hard to tighten straps and it still never feels good in my opinion.

Yes, we definitely feel like these straps tighten well! We replaced an Evenflo car seat in our other car with another one of these because we were having the same issue of not being able to tighten them! Hope this helps!

Could this car seat attach to a graco stroller

As far as I know, this car seat is meant to be in the car all the time. You may want to look at travel systems if you want that flexibility! Thanks!

What SUV are you popping this into? Just want an idea of the size/space in the backseat.

We have a midsize SUV and there’s still enough space in the 3rd row for people to sit back there. Also have another one of these in a midsize pickup which is a little tighter as the front seat has to be pushed forward. Hope that helps!

Is there a stroller that can be used with this car seat

Hi! This one does not pair with a stroller as it’s a true full size car seat as opposed to an infant car seat, which can be part of stroller travel systems! We have the Nuna Demi Grow and Pipa Infant Car Seat that we used until our daughter was big enough to use this full size car seat! Hope this helps!

Yes, definitely recommend having one for under any car seat, especially if you have leather seats!

My one concern is the swinging of the head while sleeping. Any solutions for this?

The classic head flop is definitely something we were concerned with initially, but from what I've read, it's pretty normal and isn't a major concern for toddlers! Just make sure the seat is reclined to the correct position for your child and all straps are tightened properly! For newborns, it is critical their neck and head are supported which is why infant-specific car seats are built differently and address that better than the inserts that come with convertible seats. Hope that helps!

Personally did not like this seat. It has amazing features and ease of use but the cup holders broke off during flight travel 😞 also getting my kids out of the car seat , their ankle gets caught in that groove /nook where the cup holder meets the back of the seat. Then their shoe falls off and it’s just frustrating. Might be because I’m short and my toddlers are half my size, but I can’t get them out without their ankles getting stuck

Thanks for watching and for the feedback! We haven’t had to fly with the seat but understand the groove issue! Wasn’t an issue for us until our daughter decided she wanted to climb into the seat on her own! We still love this seat but certainly worth researching and shopping around for whichever works best for your needs!
