I normally don’t comment on videos, but I had to pop in and leave my compliments. Excellent stage presence, solid control of your voice, and perfect body language in portrayal of Morticia Addams. I want to be in a production of Addams Family so bad, I want a chance to play Gomez. Hopefully it won’t be long until musical theatre can find its footing with the pandemic still amok. Keep doing good work.

Although your singing and performance is AMAZING! I have to say the most impressive thing about this performance that you're 100% in character for the whole performance. You've even focused on what your character would do with her fingers which is such a tiny detail but to me makes all the difference and really made me love you performance and the clear dedicatelion you put into this character even more. I am so excited that you pointed that out. I studied Carolyn Jones who played Morticia Addams in the TV series and noticed that with her hands and fingers. I wanted to capture that in the role. Thank you so much for the compliment. It was such a fun role for me. ❤️❤️. Thank you for watching.

Grace, I enjoyed your portrayal of Morticia. In all honesty I thought you did a better performance than Bebe Neuwirth. Where was this performed at? Was it a community theater? What other work have you done?

Thank you so much for saying that. That is so nice. Pick an audition song that show good range in your lower region. Feel confident in your song choice and love the one you pick! and Research! Look up professionals on Broadway, watch the movie and watch the TV show and find inspiration from that! Break a leg!!

Hello!! Thank you so much for the compliment!! As far as getting your voice to have more clarity, try slowing down your lines a bit. We have a tendency to talk fast and that can lead to not getting word out clearly. Morticia doesn’t talk very fast anyway so give it a go and break a leg❤️
