I met Gracias Choir on KZread 30 days ago and I confess that it's been a while since I've been so moved to the point of crying a lot listening to the excellent Christian hymns. I've already listened to the entire playlist, all the performances are perfect! Praised be Our Lord Jesus for the existence of such a noble choir! I believe that, like me, every Christian composer and arranger dreams of having a work performed by a Christian choir as perfect as the Gracias Choir. Rutter is a genius.This beautiful old hymn with at least two tunes that I know has been put to a gorgeous arrangement My choir just sang it for Harvest. We raised our sacrifice of praise❤🎉

The choir at my church often sing this during Communion at Harvest Festival. They also sung it during Communion on my wedding day (my request)

This is one of my favorite arrangements by Mr. Rutter. I was a bit surprised that a flute wasn't used for the intro but I suppose that's a director's choice. Anyway, it didn't take anything away from the performance. Beautifully done!

I really like the songs performed by the choir, but I didn't quite grasp the arrangement and the drum solo with a more jazz solo vibe at the peak of the music... it seemed out of place from the song.
