This interview is amazing actually. I’m glad he actually let her talk and didn’t interrupt 50 times unlike some other interviewers. I learned a lot. Thank you. ❤
Love Grace Slick!!
The most beautiful woman ever.
Funny Grace can’t remember the ‘89 reunion Airplane album. She composed like 3 songs on the album.

Slick said she was somewhere to the left of Bernie Sanders. One of my best friends used to say that I made Abbie Hoffman look like S.I. Hayakawa. LOL And in terms of NIxon, my husband and I have said since before the election of 2016 that we'd take Nixon over Trump any day. At least Nixon was intelligent. My husband, Michael, spent eight years frothing at the mouth every time he saw a photo of Dubya while the railed against him. During Trump's would-be budding dictatorship, Michael said (he said it again just this morning, in fact :) ) that if he ever gets to meet Dubya, he's going to walk up to him, shake his hand and apologize to him.
grace did not defend and take seriously her exquisite vocal ability and let too many other people define her as all drugs and sex and drunkenness something women would not allow these days.

@dampergoldenrod4156 I completely agree with you. Grace has been self-efacing and very minimalizing of her vocal prowess. She is an amazing singer! The power in her contralto coupled with her unique vibrato make her vocals always distinct. There was no one who sounded just like Grace Slick.
