This is actually my favorite Grace Jones song. Neil Rodgers of Chic, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring and Tina Chow are in the video. Neil Rodgers produced the song.

Love this song one of my favorite songs from Miss grace jones and yes she is very unique ❤

The video practically screams New York, 1986. This and Debbie Harry's "French Kissin" are two songs from this year that should have been much bigger hits.

I don't know if he's considered her best friend but definitely one of her close friends. They were roommates in 82. Other close friends of hers are Debi Mazar and Rosie O'Donnell among others. I saw his show at the deYoung Museum in San Francisco and it was amazing. There was a Polaroid of him and Madonna with brunette hair in 89.

Hey Empress, how's baby Empress, just caught this reaction, loved it, and I love that you have a really good ear with picking up on producers, etc. Nile Rodgers was also in the video briefly. I don't know if you've done Duran Duran's " Notorious", it too was produced by Nile and has a very similar vibe. It's 🔥too, take care!😊
