i actually am in tears rn, i’m struggling with both anxiety and arfid, i feel such a connection with this and it’s so nice to see people in the media with the same struggles speaking up about it❤❤

So happy that Grace opened up about her struggles with anxiety. I think it will really help a lot of people her age with feeling like they can relate to someone. I was 15 when I started properly suffering and having panic attacks, I’m 27 now and it’s still a struggle but I think it’s so important for younger people to understand how common it is

But no hate to ami, myself she is just one of them people who get excited about certain topics and don’t realises that they are cutting people of while they are talking.

Watching this after grace has been diagnosed with adhd you can tell by her leg shaking the whole episode bless her❤

It’s really nice that Grace looks up to her sister Kaci a lot as a role model I was like that when I was Graces age my sister was like a huge role for me but I understand that sisters can have fall outs but it’s always important that women stick together ❤🥰☺️

I remember Grace having anxiety in her school morning routine videos before school.Also it's nice you and kaci get along.❤

It’s really Exciting that Grace Conder is studying 📚fashion at college it sounds really exciting to here,, that she goes 2 days a week I think Fashion shows great skills in design It’s ok that Grace GCSE results wasn’t the best most people grades don’t come out as well but at least she’s got suitable grades to go to fashion college 👗🧥👒,, You know she can do part time college & part time she can look for a job it would be really helpful for her 😉☺️

just another blonde haired blue eyed young female getting recognition for basics. Well i guess charisma and being chatty works as well but why does it always get more recognition above others?
