You may have tried this but my dad had asthma for years and still uses his pump when required. He was allergic to hay, rabbits, guineas and cats. He cut out dairy products in almost everything (if it is added in cakes, chocolate he still consumes it lol) but cheese, milk etc solved his allergy issues. But he occasionally has cheese on like pizza or pasta bake etc! :)

im so sorry u had to go thru this guys - i dont think u ever recover from something like that but hope your somewhat okay now 🥺

You both look goregous too i got locked in a local garage in rough part of town by knife point thankfully three men and me where their and they kept me safe as the shop man locked us in and called the police it was so scary i have never been back to that garage in town ever since we do drive past it sometimes and my heart races but it was awful. Glad your ok as it can be a really frightening time. 💖

Maybe Grace and Sophie could talk about an emotional support animal she would be comfortable with and Grace would then *possibly* enjoy some interaction with it without FULL responsibilities. Kaci is protective of the girls so i imagine she may step in and help with Sophies confidence and helping her to look after it a little more? I think it would be amazing for her. My guinea pig and cat used to go to sleep together. The right piggie is so loving xx
