Just want to thank you for the product you've created for the DIY community. I've been watching allmof your videos to get a good understanding of the product, as well as reading many of your responses to questions. It's obvious your passion with your business, as many times in the world, it's very hard to get customer support with products. Great Job! 👍 I am planning several projects right now with Secure Set. I have an inground pool with several sunken concrete skirt pads, the pool fiberglass stairs have washed out (similar to your pool stair video) as well as a few cracked sunken slabs in my garage and driveway. I have been stressed about the cost of all the concrete work needed, and avoiding it as a result. Finding your product is life changing! GREAT product, videos, and customer service! Liked and new subscriber. Could you do a video on clean up and storage of the hose, tips, and tank for later use? I haven't seen that compilation yet and it would be useful to have a separate video on that (similar to your extension nozzle video) THanks again!

Tony, did you get the product ? to me, drilling through 30 year old concrete with a hitachi hammer drill was so slow and painful (my hands still hurt 2 days later). I see now why they use CPVC. I got the bigger, less dense, foam and ran out. AND the product has to be warm - about 85F, it was a hot day and it did lift my concrete. I am hoping to "stablize" it now and get another kit next year - I found more hollow sounding areas and some edge areas just did not come up as I expected. 1) figure out how to drill or use CPVC wand 2) take your time when injecting and have some weight handy for areas you don't want to move.

@Eco.Phoenix, we wish we could send the Secure Set Spray Foam to other countries, but the hazmat shipping regulations for pressurized canisters doesn't allow air shipping and it doesn't pay to ship individual packages by ocean freight. Maybe someone in your country will decide to become a distributor. Thank you!

Hello Jose, Yes, it will work well. In fact it will work too well. This is a high compression load bearing foam. What you need is a closed cell foam with a density of about 1.75 pounds per cubic foot. There are kits on the market that contain 200 board feet of foam. I would look to a product called "Touch N Seal". They have a 1.75 PCF foam 200 BF kit. You can find it on the internet under "Touch N Seal" it is a good product for what you need. Thank you.

Can I use this on securing a flagpole instead of concrete?

Thank you for the question. We would use the Secure Set liquid mix/pour foam for setting flag poles. Set your flag pole 10% plus 2 ft. in the ground and use a diameter hole big enough to have at least 2 inches of foam around the post. Hello and thank you for your interest in Secure Set Spray Foam. We do not have a distributor in Canada, and do not ship hazmat (pressurized canisters) internationally. You can have it delivered to a U.S. border shipper that accepts hazmat items and get permission from customs to transport it over the border or have it forwarded. If you choose to do this, please contact us directly at info@graservices.com or 405-672-8885 (M-F 8:30 to 4:30 CST) for the hazmat details in order to prearrange the over the border shipping or transport, and also to place the order by phone.

Do I have to buy a set everytime? Or once I buy the canister I can re use the hose and set up?

Hello Ava, When you purchase the kit, all you need comes with the kit. If you have completed your project and you still have product in the tanks, turn off the valves on top of the tank, do not depressurize the hose lines, remove the used static mixer nozzle, clean the end of the gun very well, apply a good layer of Vaseline over the end of the gun, (Vaseline is included in the kit) and store you kit. The product left in the tank has a shelf life of 1.5 years, however the product in the hoses will set up in about 30 days. Once the product sets up, the hoses are no good. If you need to use the remaining foam six months later, you can purchase a new hose kit and use the product remaining in the tank. Thank you.

Hello Ava, There is definitely a need for this type of service. So many issues with washouts under every manner of concrete. The margin on selling these kits is much lower than you might think. Thank you for this question, Sean. Yes, the Secure Set Spray Foam is a 4 lb. density foam with a compressive strength of 70 psi, which will support 10,080 lbs. per sq. ft. In this application it comes out as a foam and expands about 2 to 2.5 times. Our Secure Set liquid mix is a 5.3 lb. density foam with a compressive strength of 103 psi, which will support 14, 832 lbs. per sq. ft., and it expands 18:1.
