This is a fun track but it takes no prisoners. Good run. I usally also only do one race per combo. Sometimes I feel slow but then I see some of the people in the race have done 10+ races that week in that combo.

Right? I just don’t have the attention span to do more than one or two races per series even before I had the channel

I saw you get dropped out of the 1st race early. I got spun last lap, the racing here is both blessed and cursed.

Haha yeah I wrecked myself into the parking lot section then kept self spinning so I just gave up and figured I’d try again later lol

Great job fighting to get your lost position back! I had a really good luck racing here today. I qualified 3rd in a 1000SOF lobby with heavy clouds but no rain. P1 and 2 really took off with the pace car so by the time we were at the hair pin 1,2,and 3rd were all in line and off to the races while rhe porsche was still ducking into pit row. Leader must have been afraid they were gonna jump the start so they let off the gas which let p2 and me get around him long before t1. After that everybody slowly spread out and 15 minutes later I had a new silver cup

Nice! It’s such a difficult track so that’s fantastic!

I have done that race twice now, Tuesday it went well for my first time in that car on that track...I actually like Long Beach. The 2nd race yesterday was a hot mess...dry practice, damp qualifying and then rain for the race and it was just a crash fest for everyone. I am not a huge fan of the rain in iRacing...it is more like driving on ice than rain. I can't run 34's though...that is a good lap.
