Nice one. I had been in IT for 10 years and now move to govt job as teacher. Both sides have there pro and con but as u said after 30s most of us need relax and family time. IT gave me enough money and knowledge, but govt one gave me stability and peace. Now after job hrs, I spend enough quality time wid family n frnds ,also follow my hobby. Obvious evryone have there views n experience, i m just sharing mine. It is for what I left my 2 lpm salary and it's worth.thanks.

Hi Manohar, Want to learn how to convince the organization for relocation. Both for new and old organization. Love to see a video from you regarding this.

This is only one side of the story. The other side is that if you are highly competent and ambitious, you cannot get same type of growth in govt sector like private sector. SBI chairman Rajnish Kumar famously said if his salary is cut then “Road pe rehna padega”. At that time SBI chairman salary was 26LPA. Salary of his counterpart in HDFC Bank was over 50 crore.

​@@veerupay4117 why not bro that's hdfc bank India's no 1 pvt Bank and became world top bank recently don't remember the ranking, but the point is in pvt sector they look after experience. Recently a known person to me was in icici as gm 2 with 6lpa this year he switched to indusind and got gm 1 with 12.5 lpa, so the point is in pvt only experience matter

Govt job me salary thodi kam hai par sukoon hai aapko na to puri umar padne ki jarrurat hai na hi upgrade rakne ki .... एक बात बहुत अच्छी कहीं इन्होंने कि जब आप बूढ़े होने लगते हो तो आपका शरीर आपका उतना साथ नहीं देता और गवर्नमेंट जॉब में बुढ़ापे में अलग ही इज्जत मिलती है और सैलरी भी अच्छी हो जाती है और भाई यहां पर(govt job me) अगर फिजिकल अनफिट हो जाते हो तो तो आपसे कुछ ऐसा काम करवा लेंगे जिसमें फिजिकल की कोई ज्यादा जरूरत नहीं होती और सैलरी देते रहेंगे||

I am in IT since 3years and also I have qualified in BPSC 10+2 teacher exam but didn't join because if i would join then we need to live at different places, that job will be only in Bihar and my husband is in IT also.Thats why i chose husband overto govt job. I know Govt job is really matters but husband is above from everything. I don't know it was a good decision or not but we are happy with the decision😊

Truth : ek taraf government job ka joining letter ho aur ek taraf private ka toh 10 me se 9 log will choose government job joining letter. 10 me se 7 log aise honge jo government job ki competition dekh kr hi samajh jate h , itta mehnat IT me krunga toh 18lpa minimum pakka h

Bhai Saab ab sarkari naukari mein pehle wale maje nahi rahe. Bahut work load hai. Aur bahut chatukarita karni parti hai. Aur under the table ki kamai par bhi khoob lagaam kasi ja rahi hai. Aur kahin bhi transfer kar sakte hain. Sabse bada disadvantage- agar boss kharaab mil gaya to aap fass gaye. In private you can change the job or team. Job security ke alaawa aur kuch fayada nahi hai sarkari mein. These days govt job is good for below average people Note: I am not talking abt IAS/IPS type of jobs.

Vo din gye government job has good work life balance. My uncle is currently working in railways as a engineer. They have very high work load after 2014 because of less recruitment. 😢 BJP government is efficiency and private oriented so forget about work life balance in government job nowadays

My opinion is that if you are interested in salary( income) then IT job is better if only in power go for government jobs. The salary of topmost government employees are around 3 lakhs per month but that in private sector is crores. Government jobs me power hai...... Head ache bhi hai. Many top government employees have to interact with politicians daily. In private sector no connection with politicians. ...... a free bird

I was looking same video from 10 days as I got selected in BPSC TRE 10+2 teacher. I can't still decided yet because 2LPM salary in MNC.

@@pujasharma6805 Yes, you both are in IT and have some back up for each other and you don't have much experience in IT so you can stay 7-8 more than years in IT without any issues.so decision is better. My wife is a housewife and she also trying for gov job. I think I can do with Gov but have very less salary.

Join govt job, in IT there is no guarantee how many years you will earn, whereas in govt in your late years you will make Max salary ,

Jitna goverment ke employee ka retirment plan hain utna toh IT wale 5 saal main hi kaama lete hain after 5 years experience ke baad. toh yaa toh 60 saal tak job karlo yaa badiya paise baanake living standard bhi maitain kaaro gav/chote sheharo main woh maaza nahi hain...

It's matter of perspective, during one camp, I met many govt retired people of small village, getting 30-60k per mnth pension and all health insurance, leaving healthy life in pollution free area with there loved ones and frnds , having solid health, going for yatra every now and then with frnds , healthy social life. What matter is satisfaction

IT market is getting worse day by day saturation, recession, in my company thousands of people are on bench and doesn't seem projects are gonna be coming . The early people realise its better for them slowly everyone will lose job and situation will be worst and govt is shit

bhai family ko bhi time dena hota he ek age ke baad. agar 405 50 to padhte hi rhenge aur apne piche dekhenge toh itne saal sirf apne b diya hoga aur tab afsos rhega.. isliye kuch saal shuru me IT me sahi he till 35 to 40 max to max.. usk baad haalat ekdum alag se hojaate mind utna active nahu rehta kyuki family bacche ki zimmedaari aati he uska school paisa admission location bohot dikkatein..mene senior ka dekha he o ye haal...sirf kehna asaan he

Yes there are some lazy examples, who don't want to work but nowadays majority of them are working hard. (Obviously corporate s jitna hard nhi Liken itna aram bhi nhi)

completely wrong, someone in IT earn more than 2 lakh + per month at age of 25(single). Now, Govement === Private Job. so totally prefer person to person. who wants to make an empire in fewer years, so need more money, right ? But if not whatever earns, so that will be fine. Personal Thought, don't want to debate. Why I am putting a comment. because my brother is a class 2 officer in the Railway and my sister is also in government. so I know the situation in Govemernet and Private Job.

IT sector explore karo trend follow karo abhi data science , AI/ML , IOT, Big data , VLSI design and software developer, embedded software developer trend mai hai salary ismai jyada milega . And abhi ye sab sector mai startup & business khul rehe hai experience hoga tho kisi startup mai cto ban sakta hai thoda network banake rakh, agar as a cto tu co-founder ban gaya , equity mil gaya tho income crores mai hai , tere society mai jitne hai unka combine income v tera 1/10 th nahi hoga . Not only IT there are many business opportunity in farming , small industry just explore, baas baith kar govt job acha hai acha hai bolne se kuch nahi hoga , There are endless opportunities .
