There is a lacuna because the law never contemplated a situation in which nearly all the members would (purportedly) "defect". Let us take his supposition, which holds no ground in law, further. What happens if all the members, except one, died? Can a single member (instead of 32 )make laws for the entire state when the Constitution stipulates the quorum as one third of all the members?

How can you suspend House members because they have a minority opinion in the house? Is such a suspension a valid suspension? @@FranklynNkwachukwu You have to notify every lawmaker of time of sitting. You cannot deliberately disenfranchise lawmakers with opposing views by excluding them from a sitting, then you then sit and declare them suspended without any chance for them to defend themselves.

The way TVC is giving this uncouth guy airtime is quite interesting.
