ఇవాళ ఎంతో మంది యువకుల ఏకైక లక్ష్యం government job సాధించడం. అది సాకారం చేసుకోవటానికి అహోరాత్రులు కష్టపడి ఉద్యోగం సంపాదిస్తారు. అక్కడితో అయిపోలేదు ఒక్కసారి నచ్చిన government job లో చేరిన తరువాత బాధ్యతలు ఇంకా పెరుగుతాయి. జాబ్ సంపాదించడం ఒకెత్తయితే ఆ జాబ్ లో వచ్చే ఆటు పోట్లు ఎదురుకోవడం మరో ఎత్తు అవుతుంది. ప్రతి రోజు ఒక competetive exam లాగా ఉంటుంది అనేది Deputy Commissioner of the state tax department, మంగళ దీప్తి గారి వాదన. దానితో పాటు ఆవిడ government ఉద్యోగానికి ఏయే లక్షణాలు కావాలో అలాగే తాను జాబ్ చేసేటప్పుడు ఎదురుకున్న సవాళ్ళను ఈ జోష్ టాక్స్ ద్వారా మనతో పంచుకున్నారు.
Many think that getting a government job is enough and you need not do much after becoming a government officer. Mangla Deepti's Josh Talk proves that these perceptions of people are wrong. She is a group 1 topper. She has more than 12 years of service as a government service in the commercial tax office. Now she is Deputy Commissioner of the state tax department. She shares her journey as a government officer and how a government job thought her life lessons through the Josh Talks Telugu platform.
She tells us that the real struggle starts once you join a government job because success is not a one-day trip. You have to prove yourself every day to become successful in life. She also tells us how discipline is an important role in the life of government officials. She tells her word as an insider that no government employee made a mark in his or her career without discipline and dedication. There is a common perception about government officers that they never are punctual but the statement she mentioned above proves it wrong. She also tells us that being a group 1 topper and coming from a well-settled family it was easy for her to manage to get into a job but the real challenge came up when she had to manage targets, her team in alignment to the greater good of society.
It is interesting to know about the challenges she faced in her career. There were tough situations where she had a faceoff with a political leader as she did her duty sincerely. But she handled it effectively. She also tells that success lasts only that day and from the next day again she has to prove herself. This proves that any group 1, APPSC, TSPSC job is not that easy if you are not dedicated.
She tells her how a government employee's real take-home should be measured. She tells us that the real take home for a government employee or for a government job is the satisfaction that you can impact the lives of people in a bigger way.
