My father is a government employee (TEACHER) Whereas my uncle works in a private company (CA) ... I can see that my father is free all the time means he is having freedom and he has not that much tension regarding his work means he is satisfied happy with his job... My uncle is not that much free and he doesn't spend that much time with his family...Work pressure.. He is tensed but ya he lives a well settled life.. And baaki depened krta h ki aapki post kya h ya & aapki skills kaisi h & how much u like that job The whole thing is that If u want Money, go for Private job And if u want to be Free & Relaxed, go for Government job..

I think if you are the kind of person who can handle pressure then you should go for private. It is obvious that private job will provide you more increment every year. Government job will give you facilities like HRA and other allowances but you won't be able to earn as much as you will in private jobs and that too in a short period. Also your increment in private jobs will totally depend on your skills. In my job it was off on weekends, but the workload was so much that i had to work on most of the weekends. Even government jobs there is stress but not as much as private field especially when you don't like the field. Also, there are times when you don't feel like working in a particular field and you are just there for the money. Ultimately, you can go for a private job. You may like it. If you don't then stay there for atleast 1 or 2 years. If nothing, you will atleast gain some experience. Now this experience will benefit you if you go for some other job or even if you go for MBA. You will be able to decide what kind of life you want after you have worked in private job. No company hires a fresher. So it would be better to gain some experience in private then try for government and if you can't find any good government job then come back to the private job. Also learn as nuch skills as possible. Like learn some programming language or MS excel.

Tbh the greatest problem is of "reservation". To get into a good university as a general class guy, you'll require like crazy percentile but for reserved sections it's only about 80.

Yeah ! Reservation for General Category people (like me ) actually sucks ! It Produces Hate against communities and create the Divide. That's why ,. I would Be going To Bits Pilani , There is no Reservation . Pure merit result. Even half of every IIT are filled with non deserving reservation granted candidates. It's actually complete Nonsense. I personally don't feel any need for reservation except for Economic status . After All , There is no need for this Practice In Today's Modern World . 🙂

I don't understand why no one is talking here about "RESERVATION". It's not only about job, but also about studies. "Unreserved" students, even with a high percentage, don't get into a good university, whereas " Reserved" class students get in the same University, with as much low percentage as 45%. This isn't fair at all. At the end, all the Unreserved class students have to opt for Private University or Private job. That means a mediocre UNRESERVED student or candidate won't get a good opportunity, whereas a low scorer from the RESERVED class will easily get a good job.

In Private sector Some companies make you work 7days a week, and provide you low wages 8,000-10,000rs Per month. Even not get holidays on Festivals, if you dare to take one, your that day salary will be deducted. But the thing is that most of students won't get government jobs so they shift towards private jobs(majboori) just to earn 💸 for livelyhood

Sarkari jobs are like iphone it provides security, it's hard to get for poor people and it has limits And private jobs are like Android phones it lakes in security (some provide good security and some not), it has all types of variaties both poor and rich can afford according to there intrest and needs and it has no limits

Government jobs also offers incentives to their employees.. A live example being Indian Railways.. Railways give incentives of average 5-10k every month to the employees working in workshops based on the monthly turnout of the respective workshops... So the line said at 9:17 is certainly not true and is said without any prior information

The biggest reason for this is the reservation. See the armed forces, they are way better than many private employees because there is no reservation. Only your ability matters.
