Alyssa is among millions of other democrats, of all ages, who question the fitness of Joe Biden. It is a real concern- that he could not finish another 4 year presidency or not have the cognitive ability or stamina to make serious decisions for our country in his current state. He looks like he is going to fall down when he walks. And he has had many episodes where he seems to space out and mumble and forget where he is and what he was saying. Part of being in a democracy is having the ability to speak out if we feel someone is not capable of fulfilling his duties. I respect Joe Biden and think he did a great job the past 4 years. But I think either his ego or his family’s lust for power are going to cause us to end up losing to Trump and we will all regret that we didn’t come up with a better candidate to defeat Trump. But then it will be too late. Now is the time to ask questions and challenge whether he is healthy enough to be president for 4 more years.

IT WASN"T JUST A BAD DEBATE, IT WAS A TOTALLY DISQUALIFYING EVENT. The biggest argument against Biden was his age/cognition. A good debate performance would have been great ammunition against that argument. A subpar performance would have been bad and only added to the claims of senility. That was a terrifying performance and IT PROVED THE CLAIM OF SENILITY. Biden sounded weak, old and confused. Biden looked weak, old and confused. This is because Biden is old, weak, and confused. Denial is powerful. If you can watch that debate and believe Biden is still qualified to be president YOU ARE IN DENIAL. The election is going to be decided by swing voters (as always). Most of these people don't follow politics closely and make decisions on very little information. They don't understand how dangerous Trump is, and they don't have the love for Joe Biden that causes the denial that leads people to claim he is still capable. Trump is a sociopathic, want-to-be dictator, liar, but be honest. If Trump was the one with his mouth agape, wide eyed, and claiming "We beat Medicare." you would say his brain is cooked.
