Really sorry to hear that your gout is causing so much trouble again. I can't even imagine how bad it must be. It sounds like you're on top of things and I hope it's just a bump in the road on the way back.

Qotd: I don't know if Marathon Man is a running movie but it's a good one. I've watched that Tracksmith Church of the Long Run video many times; and also the Nike Breaking2 broadcast from Monza, the first one where Kipchoge didn't quite make it and the other two guys really flamed out, because there's more lessons to be learned from defeat than from victory.

I like Run Fat Boy Run with Simon Pegg and Boston: the Documentary. Gout sucks, sorry you're going through it.
