Yessss Dreka! Like It blows me that people run from the sun, not realizing it is a huge power up. I go outside almost every day, toes in the grass and dirt, and it is so rejuvenating. I could go from being frustrated to smiling and forgetting why I was ever frustrated in the 1st place after spending a certain type of time outside.
