Red hood makes the most sense for this encounter due to the story of Gotham knights. Both Bruce and Jason were brought back using the pit and both were given strange powers because of it. Jason would be the one most familiar with the effects and know how to beat it. Plus Talia brought Jason back in some versions even trained him. So these two fighting also makes sense

It is the one that makes the most sense to end on. And it's a big middle finger to Talia. This Jason Todd has resisted his killing ways after being revived, and has gone back to Batman's ways. In reality, he's the only real choice to bring for this mission.

They literally just turned Talia into a generic villain with monologues and evil laughing really

The got red hood right too though them breaking bruces mind with the pit is odd i cant see something like thay happening hes a very strong willed man.

Funny thing: there was a picture from a book of the game that not only showed that Bruce was one of the final bosses, but also detailed how to beat him and pretty much mentioned what happened in the cutscenes afterwards. I imagine most people expected Bruce to come back to life in the game at some point, but still, what a leak.

Well not exactly the same twist that everyone was expecting, which was for Batman to be Talon, not him being brainwashed by the League of Assassins in the Lazarus Pit in order to do so. Are the League of Assassins behind the Court of Owls in this story? Also, I find it pretty disappointing to have to fight "Bruce Wayne" but not Batman as the boss fight. It would have been a lot cooler and harder to have to fight against Batman with his gadgets

It was a thing. Arkham Insurgency. It was set between Origins and Asylum. Both Batman and Robin were playable in free roam. Joker and other villains broke out of Arkham. Sounded pretty good. Anyway that game got cancelled and we got this instead.

He’s already been dead. and he’s corrupted by the pit, and he’s aware of it. Like he said at the beginning of the game. He would rather die than lose his humanity.

No wonder they couldn't hire people like Kevin and any others for this game. Even if you offered them more than the usual VA wage, they would still reject it over the hot piece of garbo it is, story related only already.

@@zenicehero9154 I'm not a dev with technical knowledge to speak to that... But I do know my Batman lore and I'm versed in storytelling devices. And in regards to that, this story just feels like the most amateur thing ever. They really did spend almost a decade to release this sub-par game that doesn't live up to its predecessors... What a shame.

To have Bruce have his last act kill others, even to save his family, is outrageous and so out of character I can’t even begin to comprehend it.

To be fair, the living members of the Court of Owls skedaddled, and Talons are technically undead. Still pretty goofy to bring Batman back and then immediately kill him again, though.

The combat feels so slowly and the end i think is very predictable

It amazes me that they've managed to make a game with a plot like this that doesn't include Damien Wayne

Figured they'd do this. First Arkham Knight with the over use of joker and pretending red hood wasn't in the game then avengers game claiming cap was dead now Gotham knights. It's like can you guys stop this over reliance on popular characters after you claimed they were either dead or not in the game at all
