Depending on the Company for DNS you have to complete 18 months of Cadetship which will be a Contract. Then after that you have to clear Certificate Exams and you can then continue with the company and get further promotions.

Your PCM should be above 60%. That makes you eligible for TMISAT and IMUCET.

For ETO you have to complete 4 years of Btech in Electrical Engineering from any college and then can join TMI for ETO for a 3 month course. During those 3 months companies will visit campus and you can get placed as ETO.

TMI doesn't offer GP Rating course.

Yes Companies see the PCM marks. But only PCM doesn’t decide everything. Your Btech Grades will have a lot of importance. So if you can focus on that you can surely sit for Company Interviews.
