Great idea for the use of this year/ previous year’s cards. I saw an advent journal idea and so that would be a great use of cards for that type of project. Perhaps I should hop to it while I am still on Christmas break. Thanks for all you do! (Love your nails!!)

I made a bunch of journal's for the girls in my scout troop and the other leaders, and instead of giving them christmas cards with their gifts, I incorporated the cards into the jounal's as pages and decorated them up! As many as I had to make was such a big job, but it was a lot of fun!😁💖

How-dy .....It's a little nippy(48-60) and rainy, here in New Braunfels, Texas...I don't do Christmas anymore, except for the Great Nieces and Nephew or not much on New years eve celebrating, either......Have a good one...😻

I use plainer cards to make small one signature journals, perfect size for purse lists, or monthly journals

With the Christmas cards I got last year, I made Christmas card notebooks and added a candy cane ink pen passed them out to my and friends ❤ they were a lot of fun to make

Pam, I repurposed the inside sentiments by printing a vintage/retro digital, inking the sentiment then putting them together.

In the UK we call 'the holidays' by their individual names like Easter, Christmas etc. why do Americans always say ' the holidays ' ? We always say Happy Christmas or Happy Easter, never Happy holidays ! It lessens the celebration by not saying what the celebration is. If you didn't know what time of the year it was, you wouldn't know which 'holiday' it was.

We American Christians call the seasons Christmas, Easter, etc., but if you’re in the public eye like Pam, you have a diverse audience, and not all of them are Christian. “Holiday” is a general term that includes everyone, and leaves room for other ways people observe the seasons surrounding Christmas and Easter. As a conservative Christian in America, I don’t use the term “holidays” among fellow believers, but I respect the sensitivities of others without sacrificing my own convictions to keep lines of communication open and live at peace with all who allow me to.

@@phylliswilliamstn Indeed. Islamist people and Jewish people etc would never say Happy holidays, a very abstract statement to accommodate everyone else. They call their celebrations by their proper names. So should we. It is Christmas and it is Easter and we should call it so whilst respecting other people's celebrations. I really can't stand this happy holiday's nonesense. If you are a Christian broadcaster, it is Christmas !
