Everyone participates in some form of workplace gossip-and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Good gossip helps us connect with others and glean information. Done wrong, though, it can damage reputations and ruin relationships. Here’s how to get it right.

OMG! That sweater is so cute
Gossip is bad. It can also cause you serious legal conscequences from defamation of character, libel, and slander lawsuits. Do not spread rumors about people you do not know. Do not talk about your personal life at work. Keep family and home at home where it belongs. Focus on work when you are at work. For example: Yes. Your new baby is adorable but your new baby has nothiing to do with your work load.

From a personal standpoint, gossip at work can help build camaraderie and provide informal insights but can also breed distrust and harm morale if unchecked.
I don’t like and never participated for gossip (don’t have time for that). In my work, I just talk about work and nothing else also so . . . And I don’t care with people doing this behind my back ! It’s cliche but it’s just WASTE of TIME 😂🤣😂 I’m really busy for myself, my family, MONEY and my work, my vacation 😂😂 The lists are long 😂😂😂
I prefer remotly work and thanks to it I avoid people who gossip all the time, toxic people.

Gossip about your salaries!!!
Most gossip is toxic. It’s usually not a good thing.
I don’t like this. It looks like your are saying gossip is good. There are bad consequences when these people ruin reputation of others. People no longer can operate bc people make their life hell
