Doing "single reps" like that doesn't hurt. I never do upright rows though.

As a newbie to rucking, can you say what the differences are between wearing a weighted vest and rucking?

Very easy to put a good amount of weight in a ruck. For example, a 30 Lb Ruck plate + Hydration + Misc gear (knife/utility tool/backup compass/snacks/first aid/etc.) can be 45 - 50 lbs total. There certainly are weighted vests that can add that much weight, but they are expensive. Also consider you can go long distances thanks to all that stuff you are gonna pack. I've done 18 miles with 35+ pounds (There's a video on this channel of it)

Thanks for the feedback. I was hoping for MultiCam Black... hoping the 25L has a better selection. I like this blue better now that I've seen it in person.
