The best team in the competition I have ever seen! History has been set. Well done Enga Mioks players and supporters! I would also like to thank the team for entrusting Billy Gau, a big brother and renowned name in Gomis, and generally the Mt Hagen Rugby League community for decades! Thank you also for moulding and shaping Garry James, Yako, and other getho boys in the town area to unleash their full potential and finally write their names on the country's top league book. Mt Hagen Eagles would be a better team in the competition if there's no wantokism but guess this is the way of life hence we will forever remain wooden spooners year in and year out despite having a pool of great rugby league players and coaching staff who can deliver beyond expectations! Once again, CONGRATULATIONS EPG ENGA MIOKS 👏

The Mioks deserve it, a classic performance and high standard. The Lahanis should have at least a second try but their performance is very poor and outplayed by Miok. Also Lahanis defense was displaced by Mioks class performance and they scored more try except the one clear forward pass try awarded by referee. There's no complain in this match because Mioks proved to be too strong against Lahanis. Even the forward pass try was disallowed, the Mioks still come up with the victory because the score margin is too high in grand final.

Mioks should have defeated Lahanis 0 - 26. Lucky the stupid bunker couldn't see the loose control when he was about to ground the ball. There was no forward pass try for Mioks except the try by mioks #8 which was a straight pass. But Mioks owned the Lahanis. No bragging🥵

Did the refere see the pass it was forward pass please need to learn properly before coming in to take the Field

The referee crushed the lahanis moral by awarding that forward pass try to mioks giving the mioks a 10 point lead. You break a teams mental strength and they will crumble. As a neutral observer, i think the referee destroyed the Mioks victory. Mioks didn't need the referees help

Actually the Liahanis wouldn't have scored any points. They should carry a NIL in a grandfinal. Likely the banker awarded try for the obvious loose carry try from that wing

Mioks ran away with it. Wasn't a close game, Lahanis had luck with a single try. Try better in 2024.
