I ordered a variety pack of them and the flavors were solid. I would describe them as one of the better feeling drinks, and going back to something like Monster really showed me how much better they were. I'm a fan and I'm gonna order a couple more packs of them.

Yes and no. He’s a marketing genius. His followers are so loyal at this point that he can sell them a literal pile of dookie and they’d eat it

11/10 level of flavors each flavor is designed to make the person choosing the flavor they like have an enjoyment level unequal to anything else. If you like watermelon you’ll get 11/10 watermelon etc it’s not a one size fits all this stuff is made for you and what you like

I wish you would use an erythritol/stevia mixture or something to sweeten instead of the two that negatively effect gut microbiome the most. I know you want it to taste great but there are other options for that. I personally refuse to drink anything with both sucralose and asulefame potassium. Occasionally will have a drink with sucralose but never both. I would never put AceK into my body.

You honestly don’t have to worry about the negligible amount of sweeteners in this. Sucralose was shown to negatively affect gut microbiome only in animal studies when they were given amounts much larger than humans would ingest. There are better options but you don’t have to actively try avoiding it, just don’t ingest an abundance.

I suggest you look into the NCBI write up they have because this is just one area in which sucralose disrupts the body.

It can be normal to experience occasional heart flutters just in daily life. As far as I know this doesn’t have much special in it that affects heart rate, mainly just caffeine. If you’re too sensitive to caffeine it can cause your heart to flutter more and you should start out by drinking a soda or a cup of coffee a day to build up some kind of tolerance before drinking an energy drink. If it continues rapidly for long periods of time you should go to the hospital because it probably isn’t the drink causing it.

@@meanmarine24 I would consider myself to be very healthy. Although I don't drink a lot of caffeine (an occasional energy drink before a workout) I'm assuming that's the cause. I also drank it pretty quick... I bought 12 of them so the next time I'll try to sip on it over the course of a few hours and see what that does.

Could be the sucralose. I discovered I have a sensitivity to it after drinking some Gatorade Zero on the daily for several months. If I ever drink anything with sucralose, I tend to only drink half at most, but I usually just avoid it.

Well obviously drink water. Anyone drinking energy drinks or pop or literally anything instead of water is an imbecile. But if you need a kick of energy and focus caffeine with l theanine is great. And then the rest of the stuff in this drink is basically a nootropic blend to boost acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter resposible for things like memory and verbal fluidity. And then hes got L tyrosine, the precursor for dopamine and epinephrine, a scattering of vitamins, im assuming mostly b vitamins which are essential for energy. And then hes got saffron which is the only thing i dont really know, i think it has mild serotonin boosting antidepressant effects.

Artificially sweetened with what?

I like it, I tried the lychee bomb, does NOT taste like lychee but still good flavor and honestly gives me a clear mind 8.7/10

@@halokiller711it’s not as good for you, everything in it is under-dosed bar the vitamins which aren’t in their most bio available forms and the caffeine. The electrolytes in Prime are also all just a bit shit, electrolytes aren’t a substance some are better than others, Liquid IVs are actually like thought out. prime just threw a tonne of potassium and sodium together and called it a day

Why not just l-tyrosine if you admitted yourself countless times before that n-acetyl-L-tyrosine is less effective and barely does anything?

Same as NAC which is just as bio available when orally digested but not when taken through an IV. Would have to wait for a study to actually know for sure but it’s a decent theory which makes sense for this product

This has l theanine in it aswell, which is a compound in tea, that basically calms and focuses you, reducing the negative side effects of caffeine, making it much better for mental tasks like studying. This has been proven in studies. I buy l theanine on its own and take it with my coffee for this reason. So thats actually a good ingredient I havent seen in any energy drinks. And then most energy drinks, including this I believe, have b vitamins, which do give you energy but arent psychoactive(they dont get you high) so your not necessarily gonna notice them much.

The rest of this energy drink isnt really about energy. Most of the other ingredients are nootropics which boost the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is responsible for (almongst many other things) stuff like memory and verbal fluidity. So this actually may be a good option for thing's like studying, as in superior to other energy drinks or just coffee. I still probably wouldn't buy this personally, as I would just buy the Individual ingredients if i feel like taking them as it would be much cheaper and without sugar or sweeteners.
