Total assembly time was around 30min for me (including filming) and it seems very well built, the only weak point I can see is the plastic bed, it seems very flexible and I will report back in a few months with how well it is holding up.

It was much easier than I had thought, but having 2 people would have been nice.

I bought the smaller version in 2016 and the weakest part of the design (if the same) is where the fasteners secure to the plastic bed. It is designed to distribute the stress with large headed bolts and reinforced plastic there, but there was still some cracking due to concentrated stress over time. I would be concerned that using an impact could compromise the strength, if over torquing those bolts added too much stress to the plastic. It is otherwise pretty well built and still works fine 8-9 years later. I just replaced the tires and added epoxy to under the bolts where the cracks were, just to help prolong it's life. I suspect I will be using it for many more years

Got one of these on Ali express for $150. Well worth it. Same model as mine on Amazon was over $300

I just bought one today (7/2/24). The frame on my 7 cubic foot is completely different. Weird 🤷🏻‍♂️
