I personally don’t think this piece was ready for the landfill. Granted, it wasn’t beautiful at all, but still, not that bad. HOWEVER… what you did to this piece was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I love every single thing about it. From the color choices, to the blending, then the transfers and hardware. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!

WOW!!! I think vintage duck egg is my favourite colour from Dixie Belle…. The way you used the other colours just made it look unbelievably beautiful! I love the transfer with this colour combo! I’m completely in love with this piece!!! 😍😍😍

when I was working as a furniture finisher, we would take the wet/dry sanding paper and turn it over to use the back side to wipe down the wood before the final finish. That knocks down any tiny burrs that would not be seen but that would leave a bad finish. what a beautiful piece after you are done.

I had this vanity as a child and you made it better than it was brand new!!!! I absolutely love love love it!

Looks labor intensive re the color blending. I guess the key word is patience. The end result is stunning. I"d be using that piece as a table for the back of the couch or at an entranceway. Bravo.
