Candlelight homes seem to do a really great job. Beautiful yet thoughtful designs. I just don't personally like the idea of living in Eagle Mountain. We tried to make it work many times, but every time, we just hated the unsafe drive back into town. Everyone drives like a maniac and until a freeway is built out that way it'll continue to be too much for us. It is beautiful, so maybe one day it'll work.

I like it. Just some changes. I'd get rid of the windows on both sides of the fireplace and do built-in's there. I'd move the island back maybe back a foot, need more room in the sink and range area. Also make the island bilevel...have the seating side lower so you could use standard height dining chairs. Put the microwave in the Pantry. Second floor was good. Some would want a tub in the Master Bath, myself I'd never use it. I'd make the shower wider and I'd want a bench in the shower with a wand head by it. I'd want the Basement with a higher ceiling. Use floor trusses to run the plumbing, electrical, and duct work through. Be nice to do a reinforced garage floor under the two car so you could have Basement space under there. It would be a great area for a theatre room, it could be dark and good sound quality not resinating to the upper floor. It would be nice to fit an Elevator in there somewhere.

The house feels a lot nicer than the floor plan might suggest it would. I like the Sunroom! In fact, I might want to have a pocketed sliding glass door separating it from the main house so that it could be closed to the house but open to nature on days when the weather is agreeable to do so. That said, I wouldn't carpet the stairs or the upstairs loft and corridor system.

I love this house! Love that it is more of an "normal" home amidst the grand mansions we so often see. I bet the floorplan is flexible enough to have that upstairs loft as a bedroom if a buyer wanted and to put a tub in that space next to the shower in the master bath. The sun room is my favorite! The builder really used the square footage efficiently and thoughtfully.

The cabinets are blue l like that basement and the walk in closet. Do they build a masters suite down on the first floor front porch is nice also. Baltimore MD 🙏

What's with the humongous European style light switches? Even the last tour that was Scandinavian inspired didn't have those.
