Those were beautiful times. Gorefest was my wife's favorite band in the 90s, especially the Erase album :)

I think 1m is actually low for such a banger. They are the definition of criminally underrated.

1st time saw the video more than 25 yrs ago! When MTV was MTV,Sunday 2:am portugal time,HEADBANGERS BALL with VANESSA WARWICK! Miss those times! Recording all videos on VHS tape !! Listening later hundreds of times!

It always gets me from the first time hearing at 13 years old. Still so good now.

A part of the awsome 90´s Death along with Dismember, Entombed etc.

There was a time when I saw them perform 3 times a week. Together with Frozen Sun. First in Effenaar on a sunday, then in de Beurs in Schijndel and last on saturday in Willem 2. Great times!

That outro riff is the sickest.

i like all death metal styles but theres nothing like that old school death metal that we all love

I wish they would still be active. One of the few bands where their "post-reunion" material wasn´t just a quick cash in, but really good and relevant stuff.

GOREFEST are one of the old death metal bands who suprises in a good way every time they releases new album...

As a 9 year old I had this on CD and a huge amp and subs I stole from my dads shed set up in my room. Was sick as back then still is now!!

This album came when i was around 15 and now im twice that age... its still one of my favourite albums

Acually album ERASE was published in 1994 and video is from this period as well. I remember it from one of Nuclear Blast's 'Death is Just The Beginning' VHS compilation.

Kinda, yes, in hindsight, but I gotta tell you: back when this first came out, death metal had already been an established genre and this was considered a crossover between death and thrash. Ie., people didn't consider it "true death metal". I guess some things never change :)
