it works though! these are rich delicious meals. snacks through out the day r the nuts, dairy, grains, fruits, and veg on their own. everything is fine in moderation and also keeping a healthy lifestyle.

this zoom in montage is really good.

I just love that when he makes a recipe, his words are clean and dry. Because the best way to mess up stuff is to touch it, flip it, whisk it, when it just has to do its thing without being bothered. Love these!

+Dutchie Nope, used the same camera techinique throughout all seasons of the show (dont remember how many seasons there were though. Btw there were multiple cameramen working on that entire show all using the same technique, so they were just doing as they were instructed to do.

Being exact doesn't matter, its how you prepare, and cook it. The amount of something being used is personal preference, so he cant tell you exactly what to do because it will be what he likes not what you like. He is teaching you the techniques and how to do it. Thing about cooking is u cant be using training wheels 😂 u need to experiment

+甄嬛鈕祜祿 Butter and olive oil are two of the best fats you can eat (i.e. very high in saturated and monounsaturated fat respectively). It is the polyunsaturated fats that you want to stay away from (with the exception of small amounts of omega-3 found in fish/eggs) such as canola/corn/soybean/sunflower oil. These are all highly processed and contain large amounts of omega-6 fat which leads to metabolic disorders and inflammation. Basically try to eat as much animal fat as you can for your fat intake (i.e. butter/lard/fish/eggs), and for the rest stick to olive oil or coconut oil which don't share the health risks of most other cooking oils.
