well said. just the little things like seasoning the butter, basting the eggs, seasoning each layer while 'building' the sandwich, adding a lot of lemon to the spicy mayo, letting the eggs cook with just the pan's heat---all of those are easy to apply, but add a level of intention and nuance to a sandwich. changes how you look at any simple food. he's an impressive guy; great entertainer, while obviously possessing strong principles. No governor has the legal authority to tell people to stay home or close their business. And the thousands of rioters and funeral attendees proved the lockdown was a bogus political stunt. Now that the rioting has settled they’re back to corona being super duper dangerous. Even though asymptomatic transmission and transmission via surfaces is extremely unlikely. Less than .1% mortality rate. But go ahead and wear your mask while sitting at home little sheep.

I like using many of your techniques when I cook now and have received some positive comments from my family because of what I have learned from watching you. The use of lemon seems to enhance other flavors when I use them as you show. Thanks Chef!

Oh my goodness. Love it! It is sort of sandwich that you do on breakfast before long day at work; the fact that it is easily upgradable when it comes to how many you do is awesome as well. Though, I like my eggs...beaten? Cut? I don't know a word for eggs that are fried from both sides... Anyway, I am gonna try this one tommorrow; long day at garden:)

Yippie! Thks to Ramsey for pronouncing the state as.....Looou-Anna. We in deep south do not pronounce it as Louise-siana. Only northerners pronounce it the other way. Small info.....but the southerners of the South....slide gently their words. But you said it great!!!! And thanks for your great info. You inspire. Ahna Atlanta/Ga.
