Rare burger? Yikes. I believe Here in Canada it’s not allowed to serve burgers other than well done. You can order a steak medium rare but not a burger. Only two options in Canada for burgers. Well done or burnt. Food safety issue with ground beef I guess

I think a egg with a runny yolk would have elevated the burger to 9/10.

Under no circumstance does an egg belong on a burger. But I’m an Every Burger fan so I choose to ignore!

I just was in Vegas (May 21-24 2024)and went to Ramsey's Burger restaurant and I got the Grand Luxe Waygu burger, or whatever it was called ($50). It was DOG5HIT. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I've had better burgers at McDonald, SERIOUSLY. Years ago they did some artesian burgers that were a thousand times better than ole Gordo's restaurant is putting out. We were originally planning on going to his steakhouse, but not after that trash.

That was clearly a 7 and not an 8, everyone knows that. And what is a "custom bun"?

Literally the worst burger I've had in years, you're better of going pretty much anywhere. Even fast food burgers aren't as dry and underseasoned as these shit burgers. For shame Ramsay, for shame.
