hi! its been a while, volleyball classes have been fun and i like them a lot. unfortunately, yesterday i fell and twisted my ankle while playing handball in p.e, and its the same one i sprained last year, i think it happened again, since i heard it crack, so yeah… i dont think i will be playing for at least a week or two :( anyway, love your videos, im glad you are back

It was a hard game because they also wanted me to cover more of the back right position, which was different for me because where I usually play they just have front right sit back and cover that spot. Nonetheless, it was a fun time and a great opportunity to practice quicks.
hi, i really liked your pov video. I dont know if you play to your full extend in training matches, if not ignore this. When you jump serve, try throwing the ball higher and a little more to your front so you can really jump to your full extend, then you can put more torque on the ball, because the angle is better and overall you can put more power in like this.
I started playing volleyball at a club recently and wanted to ask if you have any tips for blocking? As it is, I either completely miss the ball or it goes out.
