Here we are knocking on 2020 and I STILL maintain this is the best launch video GoPro has done to date. So many things came together to make this video awesome!

I started filming and editing with this video. But unfortunately it is outdated. Poor picture quality and less creative editing, just on the beat. Sadly newer videos are much more impressive….just watch how Ken Block videos till 2022 increased in video and editing quality.

Almost 5 yrs since first published on KZread. Still looks fresh. Respect to all those involved in producing this video.

This is a masterpiece!!! After all these years i still come here to watch this. The images, the music, the sound effects, the athletes, everything converging to the climax on the story. Just wonderful! It gave me will to sell everything and go live the life. The team that make this, deserves an award. Congratulations!

YES! He's one of my favorite composers. I only learned about this video from a Wikipedia article about him. I listened to Overwerk's tracks for about three years now.

If all companies produced commercials like this - I would look forward to each and every TV add section

In combination with the music, this is, without question, the greatest advertisement ever made.

GOD DAMN this video still has the very best shots ever. The dive cut. The skiing flip to parachute. The girls and the whales. The sick air cut from Kelly to Manolo. The surfing arms. All cut to the most fitting track for lifestlye content. I love it.

We are on the 7th generation GoPro and yet I keep coming back to this video. Such a great blend of music (Overwerk) and scenery and action.

This is still THE best GoPro video out of all the various ads for all the cameras. I think possibly the tune makes it so for me!

To compare this to the new HEROs out now is incredible. An amazing journey GoPro has had.

Its 2023-07-01 now,this is still my favorite GoPro CM video.

I don’t know know how many times I’ve watched this, but hero3+ was my dream action camera back when I was in college. After graduating and being finally able to work, I finally saved up and bought my first ever GoPro, Hero 5… but after 4 years of having it idk what happened, first the screen went black and now, it won’t open. I’ve tried everything but still nothing. Now, I’m rewatching this and reliving the feeling of wanting to own a GoPro once again. Hope I could still save up for a new one since I have too many bills now. Hahaha. I miss being young and having simple dreams :)
