Slater Dozier Yep you are a lucky person to have a father that has a interest in trains and a nice layout to boot. I wonder what city and state you live in ? If it’s close by I would love to visit your layout. I live in a suburb of Chicago. ( Villa Park, Illinois. Thank you for sharing this wonderful layout.

Multiple people requested more lights or different kinds. Those are really great ideas. I would have to make a third camera car or do a major retrofit of my first one. That's a very enticing proposition. ... If I only had more time ... and oh yea ... We have the layout to work on too! I'll consider it. I'll need Josh to help me with the decoder it will require. Now when does he have his next college break ... ? :- )

I think at one point you were looking for suggestions on something to add at the top part of your layout near that yard. Look up some pictures of the Cresson engine terminal. It's a big Wye between Pittsburgh and Altoona and it handles a lot of helper power but you could easily add something like that to hold and turn around power after it reaches the top of your layout when running point to point.

Very,very realistic! !!!! But if I may suggest, black out the cab nose door window and angle the headlight down just a tad little bit so the bottom of the light cone is closer to the engine. Otherwise, you've got it and it is an absolutely unique perspective. Good job buddy! Old fart, bill

William Arseneau yeah the headlight does need to come down a bit but in real life the two highmount headlights do shine upward I ben fortunate to get a ride at night in a dash9 and the head lights are very directional almost like a laser.

This is a just a suggestion. For the last grade crossing near the paper plant, you should replace those walthers post 60 cantilever grade crossing with the walthers single lane cantilever grade crossing. For the sidewalks, try adding 2 or 1 grade crossings for the sidewalk.
@BurlingtonNorthernModeler
