I have a sister that use to live in Elizabeth NJ 2 .miles from EWR and whenever i visited her, id spend a whole lot of time watching the planes land or take off from her balcony. That to me was heaven watching planes come from all round the world.

Awesome video. The takeoff is always my favorite part of flying. Never ceases to amaze me how a plane can go from a standstill to being thousands of feet above the ground in mere seconds.

@@HDNYCAviation It was definitely a nice ride as we were sitting at the rear section of the aircraft, which was almost empty. ;-) Currently only DL still brings the 764 every now and then to AMS.

I do see now that United is operating 787 Dreamliners on their Hawaii routes!! Hopefully Newark-Honolulu gets a 787.

Yeah I don’t know if they will come back or not, but they are classic former Continental planes. Nice long takeoff roll.
