Hope the guys who made this video see this message - I’m 65 years old, living in Florida, and last year when the pandemic hit, I didn’t want to go to the gym anymore so I looked around for an alternative. I bike and run regularly, but I wanted an exercise I could do in a short space of time at home, and something that worked all my major muscle groups at the same time. I had tried rowing at the gym and liked how that felt, so in July 2020 I bought myself a pre-owned as-new Stamina Bodytrac glider rowing machine for $60. It started out a bit rough, I tried to keep up with some KZread rowing videos with guys going at crazy speeds and that were way beyond my capability, but then I discovered this video of yours and gave it a shot. Ever since then I’ve been using only your video to row to for the past year. As of the row that I just finished this morning, I’ve accumulated 31,865 strokes over the past year, and it has been great fun. I know every stroke you guys do in this video, every bend in the river, and every comment you make, even though I don’t understand most of them due to the language you are speaking (😄). You helped give me something to focus on while rowing, you transport me out of my home and onto the river with you three times a week, you have become my workout teammates for every row I do, and I am very grateful for the fact that you posted this video. There simply is no other rowing video on YT like it, shot in 360 deg, that does a good workout in 30 minutes and at a pace that most of us can keep up with. These workouts have kept me fit and reasonably strong for the past year, and I look forward to my rows with you three times a week early morning, soon after the sun comes up and is streaming through my workout room. If I knew who you guys were and how to reach you, I would PayPal you so I could buy you a beer, but I’ve never been able to find any contact info to do that. If you read this, leave me a reply so I can give you some payback, you both deserve it big time. Wish you guys would post more of your videos, this is the only ones that I can find that is around 30 minutes and shot with a really good wide angle camera that allows us to be right there in the boat with you. Love rowing with you guys, many thanks! 💥💥💥👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I use your video for regular rowing training at home, it’s excellent! Is this the Schuylkill River in Pennsylvania, or where? Since you guys are speaking some Eastern European language (I think) I’m wondering if this was filmed in Europe? But your website is in Pennsylvania. Confusing 😆 would be good to know, thanks PS: I just did some more searching and found that this is in Pennsylvania, thanks

There’s a big problem with this video. The camera swings. If you are rowing you don’t want to watch this if you are trying to pace yourself because the you have to keep moving the image to center it. The use of this camera was a great idea but not implemented well. Sorry. Better luck next time. Stabilize and lock the position of the camera.
