I Agreed and it was expected, it would be fine if he said how to install a Google Play look alike store on Amazon Fire stick or even how to install a Google Play alternative store or something like that it would be fine.

1st *Thankyou So Much* just bcz of ur video I was able to download basic apps. 2nd *Fire stick Removed Netflix,KZread from search bar* I'm using fire stick from last 3 years I never faced any issue but Yesterday apps got hanged and then I reset(Silly me) and boom all the app were gone. Wow great video, great help. I was even able to install the Wyze app and it works! (webcam app) now i can watch the cameras on tv. But because it's a phone app on TV, he takes it off completely. Fortunately, you can choose a camera and it will show it completely.

unfortunately if a downloaded app requires Google play store support, none of the apps will work on a firestick 4k

Here I have both a 4k and a 4k max. On two different TVs. I just added some USB external storage because 8Gb is just not enough.

Go to settings- applications- manage installed apps then find the aurora app then click it and allow permissions !

Firestick 4k Max : I got up to downloading Aurora and that works fine except the google playstore does not find Kayo Sports ( which is Australian) .... My google app on my phone finds it in 1 second?? Also, trying to find your 'mouse' video for firestick. Much needed as its impossible to navigate through Aurora/GooglePlay without one. Any ideas why this app can't be searched for ? Thanks

That's where you get one of those fire stick USB adapter cords and throw in a 128gb USB flash drive like me, and if it needed you can even format it.

Hi. I have been trying to download the RTE player app on my 4K fire stick. On the 3 stores that you put up on your video 2 of them will load the RTE player. But the app won't work. Now I have a cheap Tesco phone 📱 and it works just fine. I am leaving in the southern part of Ireland. And I just don't get that my fire stick can't get it. Any ideas. My friend. ?

I’m not sure if this will work, but maybe if you can find a working version of the app you’re trying to use in APK format & then copy it to your fire tablet using your computer / storage. Just an idea. Good luck .

It's out there. 1.0.4 or similar. If you go above that number it won't work on a Firestick.

The tv probably wont update, but the firestick should. Maybe try a factory reset on the firestick

@@UpgradeGuyTech I put the Amazon App Store apps on the TV & the "other unmentionable" apps on my stick, & it seems like something's not right, because my 2nd gen. stick has just managed do factory resets all by itself, 4 times this has happened since Jan. Almost once a month....Each time I loose all my 3rd Party apps, app stores, anything that wasn't from the Amazon app store. Also I have the stick plugged into the Fire TV. Is that an Issue? If not do you know or does it matter which input I use on the tv?

@@STONE69_ First off I wanna thank you for getting back to me, don't know when you did, but I just saw the notification in my email. 1) I told you that the TV was a 2020. But I believe that it May be a 21, I got it right before Xmas so either a 20 or would the even call it a 21 if it was made for black Fri. release date? I didn't even get an operating Manuel, another reason I'm so lost using this thing & it's way different than the stix... 2) That does make sense to put the tv to sleep when using the stick because I could never figure out which remote it was asking me to pair & would always do that! Yes I think that will help. 3) Last one, I noticed when I was looking at available storage/space, & it tells me how much I have left, but under that it says NO EXTERNAL STORAGE FOUND, THERE Is also a built in Input called Media Player & when you open it reads Files, video, audio, & Images. And I also have female usb port in the back of the TV. So I s this gonna work the same way all the KZreadrs show you how to do it with That 3 way splitter, Ethernet adapter, to a 8 way usb thing🤣& That app ES file explorer? I've also been thinking about ditching the stick & going the New Chromecast route what's your opinion on that? Thank Again! PS. If you know where I can get one even just print a copy of the users guide for the operating system on that tv I would be so stoked🤞

I have just ordered a fire stick to replace my android box on the bedroom tv. I do have a Shield in the living room and I had to factory reset it after the last update. I couldn't install the Aptoide store. The Shield threw a tantrum and claimed it was malware. I then tried to download it on my laptop and got the same thing. Is there a problem with Aptoide or is Google just being a pain?

Solution, go to settings, then click My Fire Stick and with ABOUT highlighted click the ok/enter button on the remote 7 times... developer options should now be displayed.

I don't know the Aurora app is working for everyone else but it is painfully clunky. It's damn near impossible to figure out where your "cursor" is on the screen. I was able to navigate more and faster on my WebTV keyboard circa 1997.

This is old news Aurora store not google play thought maybe they finally got the real one but ppl false advertising

Yes they hid it. You have to go to “my fire tv” -> about > and click on your fire tv build 5-7 times until it says you are a developer
