I use my nest hub on my room for sleeping and music
Like an iPad to watch videos, but the smart display does things differently, a hub for smart home controls, and hands-free step by step instructions when you ask for recipes. Even has sleep sensing built-in. You can turn on KZread restrictions in Google Home app. Also, search results are filtered to be kids safe. You can also use digital wellbeing inside Google Home app to set timings etc if you don't want the kids to use them all night.

Another nice video Mads! Have been wanting a Google Nest Hub but i couldnt justify it over a regular tablet. What's your opinion on the benefits of getting the hub?

The second gen is slightly cheaper than the first gen. Also 3 newer features: quick gestures, sleep sensor and a new thread chip that is future proof. I love having it just as a clock with photo album, the voice assistant is a plus but I don’t use it very much.

Actually, if the alarm rings, you can just say STOP! and it will stop. No need for the Hey Google trigger word. Same goes for timers

Add the Chinese language in the google Asst app first. Should be ok

Google Nest devices supports bilingual language, set English (Singapore) and Chinese (Taiwan), and you can speak both English and Chinese
