Very nice and lovely new home compared to previous, it feels minimal and very cosy too :) About the dish drying rack above sink, I thought it was only me that water wl flow down my arm due to my height, cox in the past when I was younger at my grandparents house, the water wl always flow down my arm whenever I try to reach up to put the washed dishes. Thats why I don't install any dish drying rack above the sink in my previous home n new home, now I know it's not just me, thank you for sharing :)

love that your sonos speakers are mounted, did you install a standalone power socket just for it and concealed it? planning for my own move too and realized the longer 3m / 5m 8-figure cables are not readily available from TC Acoustic. would be happy to hear if you could share how did your sonos' cable mgmt went!

Hi great to hear from you again . Great content as usual .But for router why not 2 x XT8? for a normal 4 room i use 1 x asus XT8 in the middle room Nnot bad the coverage as well. I initially wanted to buy the unit you mentioned but it was way too big and a bit ugly haha :)

I have read very bad reviews (google reviews and hwz) about TCL's after sales service. Granted the TV is good when it works but when it fails, there are quite a few who said TCL support is very slow to reply and repair can take weeks, making it pretty much a nightmare. Hope this doesn't happen to your new TV.

@@kac0809 it smell because the airflow is bad. Now you may have a bad facing or blockage of wind. Bad fengshui if air is not flowing. If it's a conscious decision restrict that flow, I have nothing to say. 🤭 Nice house nevertheless.
