@@rankingacademy Thank you! Can I ask you a question. When I take my business profile, I see this message ' only visible to managers'. Is this something to be worried about? However I see the blue tick with my logo and the account is verified. I haven't received any account suspension mails from Google either.

Thanks for the great content! My situation is a little different: My business profile is showing just fine on Maps and Search. However, I just received my first review on Maps but that review doesn't show on Search. Strange since you build one profile that is viewable in both places. Is there any reason for this happening?

Interesting, is there a video that applies when your customers are international like us. Our holiday homes are all in a town in Spain, but the majority of our customers are from outside of Spain.

Your listing gets filtered out when too many businesses doing the same activity are located very close to each other. It's not related to whether or not you're hiding your address

can offices in buildings that people can visit and do business with that office be eligible for GBP? like a lawyer who have an office in the 3rd floor and clients can just visit their office there, basically they don't have front shop on the street.

If you're a person or a company, you can decide to do business using a name that's not your real, legal name. To do this, you file something called a DBA, which stands for "doing business as." This special name is also called a "trade name," "assumed name," or "fake business name." The reason for getting a DBA is to let everyone know that you or your business is using a different name for your operations, instead of your official legal name. So if your legal name doesn't include the keywords you want to rank for you can file for a DBA instead and legitimately use it on your google business name. Hope this makes sense. Not sure if this option is available in your country

HI, I have had my business profile set up for more than 3 years and approximately 9 days ago , I had a 5* review and now I cant find it on google when I search for it. Even when I try login to my email and then google search "my business" where, in your video it said (not publicly visible) it says Something went wrong and your Business Profiles can’t be shown .. Please help me, this has broken me

Sounds like your listing has been suspended. You should have received an email from google

my account was verified via email, now three weeks later says its not verified and wants a video verification. However i rent a room within another business. can you please help?

I have tried to get verified and prepared a video several times and sent it in. I can see my business name in red but it says not verified! This was two months ago!

Hey my business is active and verified with an address on Google. I have a bathtub refinishing business, but when I look up “bathtub refinishing near me” my business doesn’t pop up. Do you know any idea why?

About a couple days ago. I don’t know how to optimize it. But I’ll be watching your videos. What I’m taking is that I basically need to give it time. Hopefully I’ll pop in the results in the future. The only way I feel like I would pop up is by advertising.

@@user-dl7pc3sc8t you can’t expect to show up right at the top just yet. Many other businesses have been established before you. You need to earn it. Make sure you optimise your listing and your website
