Kind of a sad moment when Tonya turned over the beautiful rose platter to reveal it once belonged to or was given as a gift by Grandma Gillam from Tennessee. But I realize that everyone has different taste, and also, that not everyone has good-hearted relatives.

OH MY!!! How I love the shelving unit that was missing the bottom. I would take the decorative piece off the top and replace it with egg n dart or dentlework and attach six rope legs to it. So beautiful.

Loved!!!!! A little story, .. I had a friend years ago, (now deceased), that bought a very old upright piano. He paid hardly nothing for it. He started cleaning it up before putting in his home and found an antique jar, about the same age as the piano, that was halfway full of ANTIQUE coins. After doing some research, he found that the piano was used in an old tavern and the jar was probably a Tip Jar for the musician who played at the tavern. True story!!! Of course as always, I enjoyed going along with you and love your new Treasures!!! TFS

About 32:55 you passed up a pair of HEYWOOD WAKEFIELD matching end tables. Light wood, step side tables. One had a minor crack in it. Look them up. Selling for $1500!!! You went in close to the antique table next to them. Out on the patio. Please let me know if you go back to get them. ANY HEYWOOD Wakefield furniture is very expensive now and can be refinished so easily. I had a step stool, I sold it for $50, that was in 1998! They have a very distinctive style. Rounded edges. Beautiful wood. Rosewood sometimes. Google the name. I grew up with that style furniture so it’s easy to recognize.

Been thrifting all my life, wouldn’t have it any other way, furnished my house this way and you would never know it, but it’s know secret anyone knows me, knows this is my thing,this was what me,my mom and aunt did every Saturday growing up,love it,love it,love it. Thank you for your videos.

I love the bed! 😮 Nothing like this in NY state. Love the China sets. White a good basic pattern and to mix and match other piece. I have some blue willow from Wedgewood that were my step grandfathers mil so there quite old. Most of pieces in my families are cracked or chipped but in the family over 50 years or more. My great grandma had a clear and frosted lemonade pitcher with 4 glasses that are pristine condition only used for company and what left of her cream and pink China!

At time 13:24, that's a bookcase head of a bed frame. Note the hole at the base on both sides, it's where you bolt the bed frame to this storage unit. Books, alarm, and sundries stored and neatly out of sight.

OMG! That round table with the glass top and 4 chairs with intricate wood detail, and that 4 poster bed, for only $150?!!! I think I’m having a heart attack! So gorgeous! ❤️ Thank you for the wonderful, awe-inspiring trip!

That thing you thought was for an RV is a single bed headboard. I remember them from the 50’s & 60’s in kids/teen bedrooms. You could stash books & stuff in the little slide compartments & set a lamp or toys on the top. Some you could open the top for another stashing place. You had a place to sit & read in bed easily.

My brother had one growing up (we grew up in the 70s), and since his evil wife kicked him out of their bedroom, he is now using it again in a different room.

I sat here totally envious. Local thrift stores have hardly any furniture and what they have is junk. I think they sell it off as they get it too. think that piece of furniture you asked about may have been a MCM headboard. I loved that beautiful high post bed. Oh, and the tin doll house in the glass case for $5.00, selling on eBay for $250. You really need to get up on items with stores like this, most if the stuff was junk, but there were gems too. Use your phone and take a pix and look up a matching picture. You will be surprised at what you find and how much the will sell for. Watch Thriftin Las Vegas KZread. She knows what she’s talking about.

I got a laugh over the lattice Firniture. That was the first furniture I bought and I bought the full bedroom set from Macy’s. That was back in the early 70s and I decorated Mediterranean back then! Lol

It's been great for friends who moved to this country.A good way to start , more so now that prices are higher but the pay stays the same.

Vintage Bombshell refinished a bed similar to the four poster bed at 12:40, she used light colours on it to fit her Victorian decor. her home is beautiful with a lot of thrifted pieces too.

Can't help but wonder how they got the pianos in there. It cost 500.00 to move a baby grand from the seller's home to my relative's home. I wouldn't think Goodwill would pay the moving fee nor the people who wanted to dispose of it. 🤷🏻

Hi. New to your channel. Love Desseret Ind. You probably already found out, but the thing you thought might be out of an RV was a headboard to a 1980s bed. the two tall hutches you past by in the video were probably the side hutches to it. talk about huge beds. My hubby and I had one similar. It would have also had a chunky wood light bar that connected the two towers over the bed. Possible a mirror as well.

i have the dresser of this set. i bought it at the Restore, in Burlington, Ontario. it is my fave piece of furniture and i always wondered if there were more to the set...

The furniture is to die for!! Where in the world do you live? Such prices also! 😍 Stunning!! Wow!!!

I absolutely loved and enjoyed this video! I’m a furniture lover and there’s not too many of these kind showing the prices and everything, but I know of one more it’s in the jersey shore, his videos are awsome too!

I go to Goodwill whenever I have the chance. Got myself into thrifting back in 2018. You never know what you can discover there.
