It would be fun to take pictures of every flip and put them on the workshop walls, sort of a gallery. 🌺

That’s a fantastic idea!
This piece turned out beautiful. I love the combination of wood navy and gold. You should sign your work by Engraving it. I watched you from the beginning and I see your progress. What began in order for you to pay your student loans has turned out into a business that's wonderful
I bet your mom and dad are over the moon that they actually have the garage back their driveway back. What you have is a fabulous place to work now and I absolutely love your house
I really like how the butter enhanced the raw wood, brought it well together with Midnight Blue. Take care you two.
So happy for you and Neiman!! Love all you do!

Beautiful! Wow watching you from the start to now. You've really pushed yourself 😁
The dresser turned out beautiful, the gray wall behind it does not give it justice. I enjoy every episode. Best wishes for your new home and workshop/warehouse.
I love that raw wood. I probably would have done the whole dresser in the raw wood. I do love the way this turned out...looks very sophisticated!

I agree. I love that wood grain too. Maybe if ya couldn't save the top, paint it and keep the front drawers unpainted. Ya don't always have to paint. The market is getting saturated with chalk paint dressers. You can get one at IKEA for the same price.

@@eifltwrgrl I was thinking the same thing about the top and the rest like you said.
I've heard summer is a slow time for furniture sales. Love it, looks absolutely great!
To keep your wood filler from drying out I place a sheet of plastic wrap on the surface of the filler. Be sure to press out all of the air from between the filler and plastic..

Good tip!
Amazing transformation ! I am planning my first-ever paint project with a nest of tables using Fusion Mineral Paint. Leaving the top two drawers showing the natural wood is stunning. Great job. I have so much to learn. Thank you.
I looked up Kent Coffey lowboys and dressers and the prices ranged from $700 - $2500. I like the color, hardware color and wood on two drawers.

I have a mid century dresser and nightstand that showed up as around $1600 in value in orig wood condition. Mine has some water stains on top tho. So torn about painting it!?

@@klomax5258 What about restoring the finish vs painting it? (Try Howards Restore and Finish or something comparable - Formby's????)

Exactly, a 2000$ dresser turned worthless. Sad. I was hoping she would just refurbish the original finish.
A glass shop can recut your mirror to make use of the good part. Mirrors sell well on their own!
Hitting that LIKE button before even watching 🙈 I just know it’s going to be good!

I love the Midnight Blue with the natural wood and gold pulls. . It look military in a good way.
You could easily attach a backdrop to that beam behind you, for staging. And attach different surfaces to it!

I think I would install a drapery rod, pick up various drapes in thrift shops, then change them out according to the style of the furniture.

You can tell your an educator the way you explain all the steps your doing in detail. I believe this is why your channel is also a great success! I feel like I can tackle flipping some furniture pieces first for myself and later for profit. PS I got my first box of melange paint, brushes etc. I plan in painting a dresser for my sons daughter who just turned 5. Thanks so ugh Lauren and Nieman. I am so excited for the two of you with your new space. 🤸♀️ 💕
While using protection, you might want to add ear plugs. I am grateful that I used them in my Air Force days, as those who did not are having issues age we are aging. The vacuum and sander, as well as other tools take a toll on your hearing. Looking great as always. Beautiful dresser and awesome end product. Thanks for sharing. Do you ever add drawer slider guides?
Wow, I wasn’t a fan of the bare wood until you sealed it. What a beautiful piece.
I am loving the raw wood with the navy blue.
The wood paint combination is beautiful!
I love the color of the paint. It really is a masculine sophisticated piece.
Fusion just came out with new colours. I am interested to see something painted in “Hazelwood”. It’s a beautiful grey!
Awesome job as usual! You should try putting a gallon paint can under each corner while working on your pieces. It gets it off the ground and so much easier to paint and work on. btw, You look so much like granddaughter 😊, I'll have to post a picture of her soon so you can see How much she favors you.
I always ditch the mirrors… congratulations on the new shop

Agreed, mirrored dressers are out. Sometimes you can reclaim the mirror if the frame is decent but if it chipped that easily it probably wasn't!
How funny as I Was JUST thinking about Fusion paint 💕😊👍
