I laughed when you said “how does she cross stitch with those nails?” I have been going to tell you that I like that you do not spend money on artificial nails or having your nails done, just keeping them natural even though you are videoing taping all time. Practical.

You need some flower containers for the shop. Lots of flowers. Add some color for your building. More inviting. Great sign.

My hubby hammered fence posts in for my grapevines today. Big hammer, step ladder, and soft soil. He did good.

An annual planting that would cover the poles quickly would be one hyacinth bean vine seed on either side. Ruby moon hyacinth bean is super vigorous. Silver moon is a little more tame, but still grows fast. When they get as tall as you want them you can train them back down the pole so they don't cover the sign. I've grown them up my mailbox, gutters, obelisks, etc. The seeds are easy to find online.

I love it that Zeb says using the tractor to pound the metal sign stakes in wouldn't be accurate but he measures the height of the one he hammered in, to get the measurements for hammering in the other stake, as "basically the height of the ladder"! 😅 OH yes, very accurate! 😂

Plant evergreens next to the sign. You can trim them and they will be green throughout the year. A vine or rose will only be green and pretty for a few months each year.

Oh yes a climbing rose would be lovely. That rose looks vintage by itself.

I love your postcard display. I’m a sucker for display pieces when I’m shopping….just for my house. Haha. And the burnt cookbook was awesome. This would have been such a representation of my cooking. 😂

The Winston Churchill books ARE two of the trilogy by William Manchester. Excellent series that started my lifelong interest in WWII and also Mr Churchill himself.

I like the idea of using bins - using them for books can sometimes be a problem though, because the books can get bent or damaged. You found some really wonderful books and other things!

I think that was hysteria would be absolutely gorgeous and it can handle the cold weather. It does die out during the winter, but comes spring. It comes back in full force and fast.

Books with good covers have a better value as far as vintage or antique books. Check out value of any needle work books including black and white photos it's actually better when quilting you need color values, light medium, dark. Some copy their fabric samples in black and white to see the values.

Please do not cut up that homemade journal cookbook!!! That is real history and very special!!!
