North Dakota cowboy here Chris Ledoux is a LEGEND around here!! He was the Real Deal! Rumor has it he was at the rodeo grounds in town in the 70's its considered sacred ground now!

Legend all over I think. He was at the Pendleton Round up out here in OR when I was kid. Oregon may not seem like it but the Round up was the real deal back in the 90's and before. Can't speak on it now but anyway. He's as Cowboy as they come in my book.

Chris LeDoux was a good friend of Garth. He made over 20 albums starting in the 70s, most of them self produced. He was kind of like an "underground" country singer until the early 90s. He died in 2005 of liver cancer (or something very similar). He was one of the greatest. If you can find any of his albums, but them. You won't be disappointed.
