I agree up to a point . There is always a but in life .your music is helping but time is not often our own. Especially when caring for old ill people in the famoly. and one is old too . I watch the 2 flowerheads that gentle sway in the breathe , it gives me a wonderfull calm feeling , but then comes the interraption by , well many different things , so i must again make a choice who or what is the most important in that moment. Believe me , yòur music helps but time seems to be always the factor and to make the right decision . Be strong and clear in mind and caring and loving ,, but do not forget your own needs ,especially the spiritually . ❤

I have microscopic colitis that fluctuates between remission and flares in times of extreme stress ! My faith and family are my primary source of comfort and support. This music is very soothing right now and for that I am so grateful 🙏
